For trouncing their Region III opposition this season, the Lady Red Devils tennis team was strongly represented on this year’s All-Region team released earlier this week.

The Clinton Lady Red Devils season came to an end Thursday night as they fell 6–0 on their home courts to the A.C. Flora Falcons in the AAA Upper State championship game.

On a cold, windy Tuesday night in Honea Path, the CHS Lady Red Devils tennis team battled through seven hard-fought matches with the BHP Bears, to earn a 4–3 victory and their second trip to the Upper State finals in four years.

For the first time in three seasons, the Clinton Lady Red Devils tennis team is moving on to the second round of the AAA playoffs after defeating the Emerald Vikings 4–2 at home Thursday.

On October 16, the Lady Devils tennis team played at Chapman High School in hopes of clinching the region championship with an undefeated region record.
