| Lacrosse struggles in match against Spartanburg |

The Clinton High lacrosse team lost to Spartanburg on Tuesday night, 14-2.
The Lady Red Devils struggled through the whole game. The two scorers were Jennifer Barksdale and Kristen Baker. Coach Roszel was rather disappointed in the team, “Last night, our effort just wasn’t there. We’re getting stronger with our fundamentals, but our returning players just need to step up and be leaders. Hopefully, we can use this as a learning experience and start fresh the next game.” The Lady Red Devils will host Hillcrest Wednesday at 6:00.
