The CHS varsity boys team completed the sweep of Woodruff on Friday night with a 57-44 win.

Devaris Burton led Clinton’s scoring with 26 points. Jerome Wimphrie and Greg Anderson each added eight points, while Lavadrick Glenn netted six points.

On Saturday, the Clinton boys lost 70-65 to Easley in the opening round of the Newberry Tournament at Newberry High School.

Burton led the Red Devils with 27 points. Wimphrie and Keenan Caldwell each scored 11 points.

The Red Devils will play Mid-Carolina today @ 5 pm.
